Master of Management Program Conducts Community Service Activities at PT Susu KPBS Pangalengan
Pangalengan, October 27–28, 2025 — The Master of Management Program conducted a two-day Community Service activity on October 27–28, 2025, at PT Susu KPBS Pangalengan. This activity demonstrates the academics' commitment to implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, particularly in making tangible contributions to industry and society.
This community service activity was attended by lecturers and students of the Master of Management Program with the aim of sharing knowledge and experiences, and providing managerial mentoring relevant to the needs of the dairy processing industry. The focus of the activity included strengthening organizational management, increasing operational efficiency, and developing sustainable business strategies.
During the activity, participants engaged in discussion sessions, presentations, and direct observation of business and operational processes at PT Susu KPBS Pangalengan. This interaction is expected to foster mutually beneficial collaboration between higher education and industry, while simultaneously enhancing human resource capacity within the company.
Through this activity, the Master of Management Study Program hopes to provide a positive and sustainable impact for PT Susu KPBS Pangalengan, as well as strengthen the synergy between educational institutions and the industrial sector in facing increasingly dynamic business challenges.
