ARS University's Master of Management Program Holds Community Service at Elmindi Farm

Bandung, May 16, 2025 – ARS University's Master of Management Program successfully conducted a Community Service (PkM) activity at Elmindi Farm, Legok Harendong Hamlet, RT. 04 / RW. 04, Jatisari Village, Cangkuang District, Bandung Regency, on May 15–16, 2025. This activity demonstrates the university's commitment to applying knowledge and managerial expertise to support community development, particularly in the agricultural and village-based entrepreneurship sectors.

In this activity, ARS University's Master of Management lecturers and students collaborated with Elmindi Farm managers to provide training, mentoring, and strategies to strengthen business management. Some of the main agenda items included:

1. Business Management and Marketing Training for Elmindi Farm managers to improve the competitiveness of local agricultural and processed products.
2. Product Branding & Packaging Workshop to strengthen the added value of coffee and agricultural products produced by Elmindi Farm.
3. An introduction to Digital Marketing and E-Commerce as an effort to expand marketing networks in the digital era.
4. Interactive discussion with the local community regarding strategies for developing a creative economy based on sustainable agriculture.

The Head of the ARS University Master of Management Study Program, Dr. Rian Andriani, M.M., stated that this activity not only serves as a means of applying knowledge but also builds synergy between the university and the community.

"Elmindi Farm has great potential for developing agriculture and educational tourism. Through this community service, we want to make a real contribution, particularly in the areas of management, marketing, and product innovation," she said.

Elmindi Farm management also welcomed this activity. According to them, the mentoring provided by ARS University has provided new energy for business development and opened up broader opportunities for marketing local products.

This Community Service activity is expected to strengthen the role of universities as strategic partners in community development, particularly in the areas of modern agriculture, entrepreneurship, and village economic empowerment.
