This study aims to examine the effect of knowledge management which consists of knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing and knowledge utilization on organizational performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey research design and correlational design. The number of samples in this study found 103 permanent lecturers at the University of Indonesia Education, Adhirajasa University Reswara Sanjaya, and Langlangbuana University. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires using Google Form with research instruments using a Likert scale with five categories Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis and product correlation analysis using SPSS version 22 software. The results showed that knowledge management simultaneously affected organizational performance, acquisitions knowledge has no significant effect on organizational performance, knowledge sharing has no significant effect on organizational performance and the use of knowledge has a significant effect on organizational performance at the University of Education Indonesia, Adhirajasa University Reswara Sanjaya, and Langlangbuana University. This finding shows that human resource knowledge can significantly improve organizational performance and through the implementation of optimal overall knowledge management, at every stage of the process it can run well so as to improve organizational performance, especially during the current covid-19 pandemic.
